Terms of Service

By using AI Image Extender, you agree to these terms. AI Image Extender is an AI image outpainting service that extends user-supplied images to different aspect ratios using a four-step agent pipeline.

Responsible use

You agree to use AI Image Extender lawfully and responsibly. Specifically, you may not:

• Upload content you do not own or have permission to use, including copyrighted images and trademarked material.
• Upload images depicting children in a sexualised context, non-consensual intimate imagery, or violent extremism.
• Use generated outputs to deceive (e.g. fabricated news evidence, identity fraud, harassment).
• Attempt to abuse the rate limits, scrape the service, or reverse-engineer the agent pipeline.

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, and remove content that violates these rules or applicable law.

Ownership of generated outputs

You retain rights to images you upload. The AI-generated extensions around your image are released to you under a permissive commercial-use license — you may use them in real-estate listings, e-commerce, social media, print campaigns, and other commercial contexts.

Note: only the new pixels around your image are AI-generated; the original pixels are preserved exactly. Underlying rights to the source image remain with the original copyright holder. If you upload someone else's image without permission, the AI extension does not give you new rights to the original.

AI limitations and accuracy

AI-generated extensions are provided as a creative production tool. Output quality depends on source image clarity, scene complexity, and the optional prompt hint you supply. Results may vary across generations even with identical inputs. We make no warranty that any specific output will match an exact expectation.

For listing photos, marketing campaigns, and any high-stakes commercial use, you remain responsible for reviewing the output before publishing.

Credits, packs, and subscriptions

1 credit consumes 1 extension call (which produces 4 candidate images). Anonymous use is rate-limited to 3 generations per IP per minute and is free. Signed-in users receive 5 free credits per month.

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Pack credits never expire. Subscriptions provide a monthly credit allowance while active; unused credits roll forward up to 2x the monthly cap.

Refunds: unused pack credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase. Subscription cancellations stop renewal at the end of the current billing cycle; partial-month refunds are available on request for first-time subscribers.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party model provider outages, and rare incidents may cause brief periods of degraded service. We do not provide an SLA on the free tier.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Image Extender and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via the in-product banner and the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
