Privacy Policy

AI Image Extender is an AI image outpainting service operated by the Skybringup team. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect only the data needed to operate the service: anonymous usage telemetry, account information once you sign in, the images you upload for processing, the AI-generated outputs we return, and any purchase records.

Data we collect

• Anonymous usage: page views and aggregated funnel events (upload, ratio selection, generate, download) via privacy-respecting analytics. No cross-site tracking, no third-party advertising cookies.
• Account information if you sign in: email address, sign-in provider, and Google OAuth profile fields you authorise.
• Uploaded images stored temporarily in our object storage (Cloudflare R2) for processing.
• Generated images served via signed URLs that expire 24 hours after generation.
• Credit and purchase records: credit balance, transaction history, Stripe customer ID, subscription status.
• Diagnostic data: minimal request logs (IP address, user-agent) used for rate-limiting, abuse prevention, and error troubleshooting.

How we use your data

We use data to run the service: process uploaded images through the AI agent pipeline, deliver outpainted results, restore credits and purchases when you log in, prevent abuse and fraud, troubleshoot errors, improve reliability, and aggregate funnel metrics to understand which features matter to users.

We do not train AI models on your uploaded images. Inference is performed via third-party model APIs (see "Sub-processors" below) and the providers' policies on training data apply.

Sub-processors

We use a small number of vetted service providers strictly for service delivery:

• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, edge worker execution, R2 object storage.
• APImart, OpenRouter — AI model inference (vision, prompt composition, image generation, ranking).
• Stripe — payment processing for credit packs and subscriptions.
• Google — Sign-In OAuth, Search Console verification, Analytics 4 (anonymized IPs).
• Plausible — privacy-respecting page analytics (no cookies, no cross-site tracking).

We never sell personal information. We do not share your uploaded images with anyone other than the AI providers required to process them.

Data retention

• Uploaded source images: deleted from R2 after 24 hours.
• Generated images: served via signed URLs valid for 24 hours; the underlying file is deleted after expiry.
• Account and purchase records: retained for the lifetime of the account, plus the period required for legal and tax compliance.
• Anonymous analytics events: aggregated indefinitely for operational insight; not linked back to individual users.

Your rights

You can request access to your account data, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request full deletion of your account and associated data at any time via /account-deletion/ or by emailing support@skybringup.com. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

If you are in the EU/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children

AI Image Extender is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
