Request deletion of your account
We process deletion requests within 30 days. This removes the account record, purchase history, generation history, and uploaded source images. Some records (billing, fraud prevention, legal compliance) may be retained for the period required by law.
How to request
- Send an email from the address you used to sign in.
- Subject: Delete my AI Image Extender account
- Body should include the email + an optional reason (helps us improve).
- We reply within 30 days confirming deletion.
What gets deleted
- ▸Account record + email
- ▸Stored generation history
- ▸Source images in R2 (auto-deleted after 24h regardless)
- ▸Subscription & credit-pack records (after legal retention)
Cancel subscription first
Account deletion does not auto-cancel an active Stripe subscription. Cancel from the account page or the Stripe billing portal first to stop future charges.
Need help?
If you can't access the original sign-in email, write from any address and include enough info (last purchase date, last 4 of card, etc.) to verify ownership.
